Chicago Watercraft's Powerboat Ownership & Managed Care Program
Purchase a powerboat or sailboat through CW's owner's program and place your boat in our fleet. We negotiate for the use of your boat for the next (5) five years. CW can assist in covering your dockage and a portion of your operating expenses. CW's Managed Care program will maintain, detail, and care for your gorgeous watercraft as if it was one of our own.

Expenses
CW will maintain your operational expenses, seasonal docking and in-water storage, and cover your boat under our member insurance policy. CW does highly recommend that you still maintain your own insurance policy on your boat.

Tax Benefits
Most financial circumstances have tax advantages available to you. You would need to check with your tax analyst regarding your financial benefits. CW does document all usage and the owner will receive copies of this documentation to support their own tax benefit requirements.

Watercraft Usage
It's your baby, and we will manage it as if it were ours too. We will collaborate with you to insure that the boat will be available to you on your leaseShare schedule. CW maintains it's fleet for both our leaseShare members and bareboat charter programs. You may request a mandatory trained USCG captain to manage all charters on your vessel to insure it's condition.

Program Conclusion
CW becomes your exclusive boat broker. You will have the option of selling your boat to CW, keeping your boat, trading it in for a new powerboat and renewing it in our Ownership Program or have CW sell it for you. Any boat involved in our managed care program will continue to be a worthwhile investment.

Chicago WaterCraft desire to expand nationally as well as worldwide. Starting in late 2009, a preferred boat owner with a preferred CW approved sailboat, powerboat or yacht may be able to join our team as a Franchisee and benefit from CW's technology, behind the scenes consulting, accounting practices, legal positioning: maritime and land based, marketing presence, industry expertise and know how, contract management, maintenance and boating services along with qualified client referrals. A franchisee / boat owner will be able to place a boat in our fleet and manage their own asset through the use of CW's "best practices" program and technology.
