Our small company wanted to do an outing to celebrate our first
anniversary in business. With the budget of a startup, the hopes of
cruising on Lake Michigan or the Chicago River for a few hours were

My friends and I rented a pontoon boat for a bachelorette party with
Chicago Watercraft. The boat was super cool - it had plenty of room for
all of us to hang out and lounge in the sun. It was a great way to host
a not-so-typical party with out-of-town friends who would rather see
the views from the lake of our fair city than sit in a crowded smoky
bar.

A group of 12 of us rented Captain Patrick's pontoon boat for a
birthday party. The boat itself can easily be described as luxurious
and is certainly not your "typical rental boat". We spent 4 hours
cruising the river by night, and the views were spectacular! The
evening was very affordable considering the fact that gas for 4 hours
was only $5, and we brought our own food for dinner and our own
beverages on board with us. The group had 6 native Chicagoans aboard,
and everyone agreed that this was a MUST DO. We are looking forward to
doing it again next year.
